[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This week several concept or even just works keeps coming to mind on a consistent basis. Subby (love the nickname) guardian at the gate, cement, habits and while doing my “sit still exercise” the image popped in my head.
John Wick, or nicknamed Baba Yaga “He’s not the Boggie Man, he’s the guy you send to kill the boogie man”. Now if you’re not a movie buff you have no idea what I’m talking about…yet. If you are and saw John Wick the movie, you probably know exactly where I’m heading.
In the most epic scene…well here it is and judge for yourself (warning strong language);[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][youtube video_id=”soAofAWEpGU”][vc_column_text]You might need to watch the whole movie to grasp the full meaning of that scene but part of it is how serious and ominous he looks and sound. He knows what’s coming and the price to pay for having brought the old Baba Yaga’s blueprint to life.
Today I enact my own Baba Yaga, my new guardian at Subby’s gate. Don’t worry subby, he’s your friend. He will make sure that nothing unwanted will pass through that gate.
While having a lot of catch-up to do in this course, there is always a silver lining. I am so focused on making the time that I can’t afford distractions etc.
In one of my action today I just UN-subscribed to about half a dozen newsletter (sales pitch really) I just do not need. It’s funny when u you find what you really need how everything else around seems superfluous
If I had started at the beginning I might not have had that sense of urgency built up and might not have removed part of that cement… and there will be more. It started while I was writing these blog posts and each emails I receive, get a pop up notice…driving me crazy. So each pop up I stopped and unsubscribed to each one of them.
I have a question for you. Do you see the analogy and how does it play for you?
Thank you Baba Yaga![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
