Raw Chef Francois is a trained Plant based, Raw Food Chef.
His decision to get on a healthy path came from an awareness at the early age of 9 years old. He has since taken the philosophy “Food is Thy Medicine” to heart, using food as a medium for better health. He loves to inspire others by bringing great taste to healthy food through his workshops.
Francois initially trained under Raw Food Chef Motoko in Kelowna, B.C.. which led to certification through the Alissa Cohen school. He furthered his knowledge and practice at the prestigious Living Light Culinary Institute in California, volunteering for a month as a Kitchen Angel.
He won the People’s Choice Award at the Battle River Saskatoon Berry Pie contest. His food creations can be found in Farmer’s markets across Alberta and he caters to restaurants, events and individuals who want to bring life and health back to their food..
